CUSTOM PORTRAIT RETURNS

At My-Petsible, we specialize in creating personalized products that are tailored to you and your pet. Due to the unique nature of our artwork, we are unable to accept returns. Each piece is carefully crafted with individual attention, ensuring that it is truly one-of-a-kind for you and your beloved pet.

 

If you are dissatisfied with your final product, please reach out to us. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will make every effort to ensure that you are pleased with the final masterpiece.

 

If you have received the wrong product, incorrect size or print, or if your product was damaged during transit, we will gladly replace it for you. Please inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order in such cases.

 

We provide unlimited edits for the photo and costume included in your original order. Unlimited revisions are intended for minor changes to the artwork. If you require a significant change, such as using a new photo or changing the costume/product, you have the option to either change the photo OR change the costume once per order. If you wish to use a third photo for your pet's artwork OR change the costume for the third time, our customer support team can send you an invoice of $10 to cover the creation of the new artwork.

 

If you have placed an order but changed your mind, you have 24 hours to cancel it. After 24 hours, we may grant your cancellation request at our discretion. This is because our artists often start working on your order as soon as it is placed. If your artwork has already been created and you request to cancel, we will charge a $10 fee to cover some of the artwork costs for your order.

 

When we create your artwork, we use the photo you uploaded with your order. It is important to follow our Photo Guide and submission guidelines to ensure a high-quality result. Please note that low quality photos may result in low quality artwork, and we cannot offer any solution if the guidelines are not followed. While we do allow for notes to be added to orders, we cannot guarantee that all special requests will be accommodated. For example, we cannot edit a photo to close or open a mouth, or add a smile. However, we can assist with requests such as removing red eye or editing the eye color.

 

Please be aware that the examples on our website were created using high-quality, high-resolution photos. If you provide blurry or low-quality photos, our design team may not be able to achieve the same high-quality finish that you see on our site.
